2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & LICENSING
2.1 Software License
Our WordPress plugins are generally licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). However, the purchase of a product grants you a Proprietary License Key required for:

Activation of certain cloud-based or API-integrated features.
2.2 Usage Restrictions
One license is valid for one (1) production domain. You may not redistribute, sub-license, or resell the license keys or the proprietary assets (images, documentation) included with the software.

Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant credit agencies and permanently terminate your license keys.
5. DELIVERY OF GOODS
All products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with:

6. SUPPORT & UPDATES
6.1 Support Period
Every purchase includes one (1) year of priority technical support. Support is provided via email or our dedicated ticket system during business hours.
6.2 Maintenance
We provide regular updates to ensure compatibility with the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce (including HPOS and PHP 8.x). Updates are provided for the lifetime of the product as long as the Company continues its commercial operations.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including text, custom graphics, 3D product mockups, and logos, is the property of TOPVITE LLC. Any unauthorized use of our branding or proprietary software assets will result in legal action.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TOPVITE LLC provides software “as is.” While we strive for perfection, we are not liable for:
Conflicts with third-party themes or plugins.
Any loss of data, profit, or business interruption.
Server-side issues or hosting incompatibilities. In no event shall our liability exceed the actual price paid by the customer for the specific software license.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TOPVITE LLC is incorporated. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
10. MODIFICATIONS
