REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At TOPVITE LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we strive to provide high-quality WordPress plugins and digital assets. Because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer a strict no-refund policy.

By purchasing any product from topvite.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.


1. NATURE OF DIGITAL GOODS

All products sold by TOPVITE LLC are “digital goods.” Unlike physical products, digital assets (software, license keys, and e-books) cannot be “returned” once they have been downloaded or accessed.

  • Irrevocable Access: Once a download link is clicked or a license key is issued, the customer has gained permanent access to the intellectual property.

  • Final Sale: Consequently, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for “change of mind” or “accidental purchase.”

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

We understand that technical issues may occasionally arise. A refund request may be considered at our sole discretion only if all of the following conditions are met and Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

2.1 Technical Defects

  • The product is “broken” or does not function as described in its official documentation.

  • The issue is not caused by third-party software (themes, other plugins, or hosting environment).

  • You have contacted our technical support team at support@topvite.com and allowed us at least seven (7) business days to attempt to resolve the issue.

2.2 Non-Delivery

  • You did not receive the digital product (no download link or license key) within 24 hours of purchase, and our support team was unable to manually deliver the product after being notified.

3. INELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Compatibility Issues: It is the customer’s responsibility to check the technical specifications (WordPress/PHP versions) listed on the product page before purchase.

  • Feature Requests: Refunds are not granted because a plugin does not contain a feature that was never advertised.

  • Lack of Technical Skills: We design our products to be user-friendly, but basic knowledge of WordPress is required.

  • Crypto Fluctuations: For payments made in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT), we do not offer refunds based on market value changes between the time of purchase and the time of a refund request.

4. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

TOPVITE LLC values honest communication.

  • Contact Support First: We request that you contact us to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment processor (Stripe, etc.).

  • Policy Enforcement: We provide our payment processors with full documentation of these Terms and your digital delivery logs.

  • Account Termination: Any fraudulent chargeback or dispute will result in the immediate and permanent cancellation of all license keys and access to future updates.

5. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you have purchased a recurring subscription (e.g., for support or updates):

  • Self-Service: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

  • Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation stops future billing. You will continue to have access to updates and support until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are offered for the remaining time.

6. HOW TO REQUEST ASSISTANCE

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the “Technical Defects” clause (Section 2.1), please submit a formal request:
